The AAP Oral Health Preceptorship program was initiated to provide pediatricians interested in implementing oral health assessments in their practice with mentorship support. The purpose of the award is to provide individualized one-on-one training in performing oral health risk assessments, maternal/caretaker oral assessment interviews, and to learn to apply
fluoride varnishes.

2010 Recipients
We are pleased to announce the 2010 recipients of the Oral Health Risk Assessment Preceptorship Awards funded by the American Dental Association Foundation. The following sites have been funded to receive mentorship support in establishing oral health risk assessments in their practice and community.
