What Is Required?

PROS membership carries responsibilities:

*All PROS practitioners (including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, as well as physicians) are required to complete a questionnaire to provide data to document their training, demographic characteristics, and experience.

*One member of the practice must be identified as the contact practitioner, and that contact must fill out a second questionnaire describing characteristics of the practice.

*All PROS practices are furnished with a certificate to be displayed on the waiting room wall that serves to identify the practice as a site for collaborative research.

*Inform PROS, in a timely manner, of any address and/or contact changes.

*Check the PROS website periodically for any updates.

*Prompt communication between PROS staff and your practice is expected during study recruitment and participation.
