Kelly Kelleher, Mental Health

Kelly Kelleher, MD, MPH, is the director of the Office of Clinical Sciences of Columbus Children’s Research Institute and professor of pediatrics at The Ohio State University. He is also adjunct professor of pediatrics, psychiatry, and health services. Formally, Dr. Kelleher was the Staunton Professor of Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Health Services and director of Child Services Research and Development Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He has authored numerous articles appearing in such journals as Pediatrics, JAMA, and Journal of Affective Disorders. Dr. Kelleher is currently studying the effectiveness of treating children’s behavioral problems in primary care as well as issues related to child maltreatment. In addition, he is examining the benefits of coordinated research efforts and interaction across a broad range of scientific disciplines and clinical domains.
