Turbulence: The Effects of Change

Sharon Vandivere, MPP, is a senior research analyst at Child Trends with a background in psychology and public policy. She has worked on projects involving indicators of children’s well-being. Ms. Vandivere currently manages Child Trends’ participation in the Assessing the New Federalism project. Assessing the New Federalism is a multiyear, joint research project with the Urban Institute to analyze the devolution of responsibility for social programs from the federal government to the states. She has coauthored research policy briefs focusing on child and family well-being published through Child Trends and the Urban Institute.
