Welcome! This site provides information for pediatricians, educators, community-based
organizations, public health personnel, and others interested in adolescents
to assist them in collaborating on systems change for the benefit of
adolescents' health.

of nine state-level initiatives illustrate how an individual and/or
a multi-disciplinary team can use this information and replicate this
process for the improvement of adolescents' health.

resource toolkit is included to help a collaborative team design activities
or plan changes in their community or region that aim to improve adolescent
health. At
this time, much of the information has a specific emphasis on human
immunodeficiency virus (HIV), sexually transmitted disease (STD) prevention,
and reproductive issues.
