The Community Access To Child
Health (CATCH) Planning Funds program provides grants in amounts from $2,500 to
$12,000 for pediatricians to develop innovative, community-based initiatives that
increase children's access to medical homes or to specific health services not
otherwise available. Resident CATCH grants
also are available but are limited to a maximum of $3,000 (please see CATCH
Resident Funds for more information).
Contact
your Chapter CATCH Facilitator to discuss your ideas for a CATCH grant project
and to obtain assistance with proposal development. Click
here for contact information.
CATCH would like to show you how easy it is to get assistance with proposal development. Please send a brief paragraph describing the idea for your project to catch@aap.org, and you will receive help from your Chapter CATCH Facilitator and/or your CATCH program coordinator.
The
CATCH Planning Funds program is administered by the AAP CATCH Program and is supported in part
by individual donations through the AAP Friends of Children
