Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)
The AGD represents the interests of general dentists, focusing on continuing education and issues that pertain to general dentists.

American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD)
AAPD members serve as the primary contributors to professional education programs and scholarly works concerning dental care for children.

American Association of Public Health Dentistry (AAPHD)
The AAPHD focuses on improving the oral health of the public.

American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD)
The AAWD promotes participation and leadership for women in organized dentistry.

American College of Dentists (ACD)
The ACD is an organization of dentists who work to promote excellence, ethics, and professionalism in dentistry.

American Dental Association (ADA)
The ADA is umbrella organization for dentists in America. It is the worlds largest and oldest national dental association committed to both public and dental professionals.

American Dental Education Association (ADEA)
The ADEA works to lead individuals and institutions of the dental education community to address contemporary issues influencing education, research, and the delivery of oral health care for the improvement of the health of the public.

American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA)
The ADHA works to advance the art and science of dental hygiene.

American Student Dental Association (ASDA)
The ASDA is student-run organization, concerned with the rights, interests, and welfare of students pursuing careers in dentistry.

Association of Clinicians for the Underserved
ACU is a nonprofit, transdisciplinary organization of clinicians, advocates, and health care organizations united in a common mission to improve the health of America's underserved populations by enhancing the development and support of the health care clinicians serving these populations.

Association of Managed Care Dentists (AMCD)
The purpose of the AMCD is to provide education, representation, and a forum for communication among dentists.

Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors
The Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors (ASTDD) is a national non-profit organization representing the directors and staff of state public health agency programs for oral health.

Children’s Dental Health Project (CDHP)
The CDHP promotes public and clinical policies to improve health and increase access to comprehensive dental care for children and other vulnerable populations by engaging and empowering policy makers, healthcare providers, and advocates.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Oral Health Resources
The CDC is the lead federal agency for protecting the health and safety of people by providing information to enhance health decisions.

Hispanic Dental Association (HDA)
The HDA promotes the oral health of the Hispanic community through improved prevention, treatment, and education. It disseminates information to both Hispanic dental professionals and the community at large.

National Center for Fluoridation Policy and Research (NCFPR)
The NCFPR serves as a central repository for information regarding all aspects of community water fluoridation.

National Dental Association (NDA)
The NDA represents African American dentists in the United States and abroad. The Association promotes the US public's health through the commitment of member dentists to provide quality oral health care, accessible to everyone.

National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR)
The NIDCR works to improve oral, dental and craniofacial health through research, research training, and the dissemination of health information.

National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center
The National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center (OHRC) responds to the needs of states and communities in addressing current and emerging public oral health issues. OHRC identifies and collects information about oral health programs and initiatives funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) and other agencies, associations, corporate sponsors, and foundations.

National Oral Health Information Clearinghouse (NOHIC)

The NOHIC is a resource for health professionals and special care patients. (Special care is an approach to oral health management tailored to the individual needs of people with a variety of medical conditions or limitations that require more than routine delivery of oral care.)

National Head Start Oral Health Resource Center
The purpose of the National Head Start Oral Health Resource Center (NHSOHRC) is to assist the national Office of Head Start/Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) oral health initiative in enhancing the quality of oral health services for pregnant women, infants, and children enrolled in Head Start. The resource center serves as the principal vehicle for the collection, review, and dissemination of Head Start oral health technical and programmatic information and materials.

Oral Health America
Oral Health America develops, implements, and facilitates educational and service programs designed to raise awareness of oral health's importance to total health.

Special Care Dentistry (SCD)
The SCD is a national organization working to improve oral health for people with special needs.
