The Oral Health Risk Assessment (OHRA) Preceptorship program was initiated to provide pediatricians interested in implementing oral health assessments in their practice with mentorship support. The purpose of the award is to provide individualized one-on-one training in performing oral health risk assessments, maternal/caretaker oral assessment interviews, and to learn to apply fluoride varnishes.
