Section/Council Member

Section and Council membership is only available to AAP members in good standing. Not all Sections and Councils accept all AAP member types. To find out if the group you are interested in accepts your member type, please visit Specific qualifications and requirements for each Section/Council for more information.

Current AAP members may be able to join a Section or Council through the online application* available on the Member Center.

Affiliate

Affiliate membership is available to those who are not eligible for AAP Fellowship. Applicants for Section/Council Affiliation must meet the qualifications and requirements stipulated by the respective Bylaws and the AAP Board of Directors.
