Discussion Groups Disclaimer

Discussion groups represent an opportunity for Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructors and Coordinators to share their views with their colleagues. The views expressed are those of the authors and do not represent the policies of the NRP Steering Committee, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) or the American Heart Association (AHA). The NRP Steering Committee, AAP, and AHA do not monitor, edit, compile, or save the materials posted by Discussion Group participants, provided that AAP or its designee may delete any material posted by a Discussion Group participant that includes content deemed contrary to applicable policies or otherwise deemed objectionable. Each Discussion Group participant is hereby notified and does hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the NRP Steering Committee, AAP and AHA, and their respective representatives, from and against any and all loss or damage of any kind, including legal costs, and any and all claims of loss or damage of any kind, occasioned by or arising from material that he or she posts, including but not limited to the views expressed therein.
