Data Collection ended December 31st, 2005. A total of 202 practitioners from 127 practices enrolled 4,813 eligible patients, meeting study recruitment goals!! A total of 4,230 one-month and 3,568 six-month post-visit phone calls to participating parents were conducted for the study. The attrition rate for the one and six month post-visit phone calls was 19% (less than our anticipated 25% attrition rate).

Surveys were fielded to the intervention group participants as they complete data collection to assess if the intervention is useful and six months later to determine if it is sustainable. A total of 65 participants (87.8%) completed the immediate survey and 51 participants (79.7%) completed the 6-month survey.

Manuscript writing and dissemination of results continue.
