Funding: Support for the CARES Study is provided by a grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The Pediatric Research in Office Settings (PROS) network receives core funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration Maternal and Child Health Bureau. Protocol: Finalized Participation: CARES recruitment is complete. Data Collection: Data collection concluded in March, 2005.
