Funding: Support for Learning from Errors in Ambulatory Pediatrics (LEAP) was provided by a grant from the University of North Carolina (UNC) Center for Education and Research on Therapeutics (CERTS) through a cooperative agreement with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, award number U18 HS10397. The Pediatrics Research in Office Settings (PROS) network also receives core funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration Maternal and Child Health Bureau. Protocol: Finalized Participation: Pilot 1: recruitment is closed.
Pilot 2: recruitment is closed.Data Collection: Pilot 1: 5 practitioners collected data between March 4, 2003 and April 4, 2003.
Pilot 2: 14 practitioners collected data between June 9, 2003 and September 2, 2003.
