Funding:	Support for the the Safety Check study is provided by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The Pediatric Research in Office Settings (PROS) network receives core funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration Maternal and Child Health Bureau.
Protocol:	Finalized
Participation:	PROS practitioners began receiving study recruitment information in spring 2002. Enrollment of new practitioners into the study is closed.
Data Collection:	Data collection concluded in December, 2005.
