The Periodic Survey of Fellows
gathers data on current topics in pediatrics for the purpose of informing policy,
developing new initiatives, or modifying or evaluating existing projects. The
survey also collects demographic information and practice characteristics on United
States non-retired members.
The Survey is a self-administered questionnaire mailed to a random sample of approximately
1600 non-retired U.S. members of the Academy. This includes the following membership
categories: Full Fellows, Candidate and Resident Fellows, Post-Residency Training
Fellows, Specialty Fellows and Life Members.
