This link goes to an on-line anesthesia journal from the UK. It has some really excellent reviews in it on both adult and pediatric related topics.

http://www.trauma.org/imagebank/imagebank.html
Also can go to traum.org I love this website, it has AWESOME trauma x-rays and photos in a variety of different patients. Not specifically pediatrics, but anyone who has an interest in trauma should save this link.

This is more of a layman's anatomy site, but there are some really cool images.

http://www.gastrolab.net/welcome.htm
This is a Great GI/Endoscopy website, Go to Picture Archive for images from a very extensive list of diseases.

http://www-medlib.med.utah.edu/WebPath/CNSHTML/CNSIDX.html#5
I love pathology websites. They are great sources of pictures for presentation and for education. This one is from the University of Utah. It goes to the neuro page, because that is what I happened to be to searching for (a neuro-trauma lecture and a neuro anesthesia in kids lecture)

http://www.scahq.org/sca3/newsletters.shtml
Society of Cardiovascular Anesthesiologists newsletters

http://www.pediatricradiology.com/
I love radiology and pathology websites. Radiology website with a ton of images on it, and also a bunch of great links.

Paediapedia-the imaging encylopedia from Iowa--2 thumbs up. Provides clinical scenarios, x-rays and some photographs of a variety common and uncommon diseases.

One of the best, loaded with images, techniques and helpful suggestions for regional blocks. Go to "clinical applications" for specific techniques.
