Academic Consortium Conference

The North American Research Conference on Complementary & Integrative Medicine will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 12 - 16, 2009. This conference is sponsored by the Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine (CAHCIM), which consists of 41 leading academic medical centers from across North America. NCCAM Launches Online Continuing Education Series

A new online Continuing Education Series in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) was launched by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This seminar series offers health care professionals and the public the opportunity to learn more about CAM therapies and the state-of-the-science about them through video lectures by experts in their fields.

Health care professionals can earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits. This user-friendly resource is available free-of-charge at http://nccam.nih.gov/videolectures.
