Licensed Physicians, Osteopaths, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, Nutritionists, Nurses, Licensed/Registered Therapists (Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech and Language Pathologist) not eligible for fellowship in the American Academy of Pediatrics.
