Three weekly scheduled clinics for evaluation of physicial assault or sexual abuse victims by a pediatrician are conducted at the Southern Arizona Children's Advocacy Center (520/319-5511) in Tucson, Arizona. Emergency evaluations and inpatient consults are also performed.

This program provides clinical services which include videotaped forensic interviews of child victims, forensic medical exams for sexual and physical abuse, failure to thrive evaluations, and consultation on sexual exploitation cases. The child protection team provides multidisciplinary staffings weekly and upon request from other agencies as needed. The staff of the Center are members of the Children's Justice Project training team sponsored by the Arizona Governor's Division for Children. Free multidisciplinary trainings are available through this team for any community in the state upon request.
