This service is provided for counties in southwest Idaho in a centralized and neutral manner. Children are referred by Child Protection caseworkers and or detectives from law enforcement agencies. CARES evaluations are accepted as a standardized medical method for providing forensic evidence required for prosecution and court process in the Boise area. |
