The Pediatric Sexual Abuse Team has a special interest and special expertise
in the medical evaluation of suspected victims of sexual abuse. Exams
are available on both emergency and appointment bases. Consultation
is available for evaluation of children with sexually transmitted diseases
or second opinions on difficult or controversial cases. Coloposcopic
exam of the alleged victim of sexual molestation with photographic documentation
is available.
