Children are
examined and, when appropriate, interviewed by Dr. Mielke. Appropriate
cultures are taken. Photography done by a graphic arts specialist.
Colposcopy with photography is used for the evaluation of sexual abuse.
A social worker assist in scheduling and communication. Inpatient
evaluations and interventions by a multidiscplinary team are provided
when necessary. Psychological treatment services are available. Dr.
Mielke will testify by phone or in person in court. This is a specialty
clinic of the 450 physician multispecialty Marshfield Clinic.
