The mission of the Service Subcommittee is to help members improve practice management. If we do not maintain the "business basis" of our practices, we will not be able to continue in our role as advocates for children. We look to provide real, practical tools to enable pediatricians to lead an effective and satisfying practice-style. All interested SOAPM members are invited to participate in the venture with us.

Like all professionals, we need to feel both professional satisfaction (the ability to take effective and appropriate care of the families we serve) and personal satisfaction (the ability to take effective and appropriate care of our own families). Without both, the profession may slowly cease to have a strong foundation and be able to afford to provide the care our children deserve.
