The MATCH
The materials in this resource were initially developed in 1979
by the students of the Family Practice Student Association at
the University of Tennessee in Memphis with support from the department
of family medicine and are revised annually by the AAFP. They
have been reviewed for consistency and applicability to the career-planning
objectives of most medical students, regardless of specialty interest

with over 8,200 graduate medical education programs accredited
by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education,
as well as over 200 combined specialty programs.
