PEDIATRIC LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE
Description:

What does it means to lead? With every human interaction, you are leading or following another’s lead. Leadership occurs at all levels, positions and circumstances. You are invited to learn more about pediatric leadership in a free trial of this course. Begin by assessing your own leadership skills and discover the tools that help you build these skills.

Course Objectives:

  • Use a defined conceptual model of leadership to examine your own leadership style
  • Apply leadership tools to identify goals and identify barriers to change in your teams, systems, and community
  • Identify the potential for conflict, then understand and apply various approaches to manage and resolve it
  • Identify and build upon the diverse styles and skills of team members in order to implement the change goals
