Are you interested in becoming a leader in the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Section on Medical Students, Residents and Fellowship Trainees? Each year the section recruits interested residents and fellowship trainees into leadership positions.

Applications for vice chairperson and secretary MUST be submitted by October 1, 2009. You’ll be able to give a 5 minute speech at the SOMSRFT Educational Program on Saturday, October 17, 2009. For the positions of district coordinator and assistant district coordinator, we’d prefer to receive your application by October 1, 2009. You may still run for a position if present at the SOMSRFT Educational Program on October 17. However, preference will be given to those that apply by the October 1 deadline. You must be present to run for these positions.
