Advertising your position on PedJobs gives employers direct exposure to the qualified individuals they seek. You have the opportunity to use matching tools to refine your search—resulting in a simple, effective way for you to pre-screen your options. You must register to submit and pay for an advertisement, and also be able to search the CV database.

Advanced features include:

• list your open job as a Featured Position for an introductory rate of $175
• search on multiple criteria
• search among your results
• send an e–mail to a candidate
• view applications to each of your open positions, sorted by date range
• view reports, including applications by job, date range, date, applicant by date   range,  active job statistics,  and inactive job statistics

You may also expand the reach of your ad with the click of a mouse. If you choose, you can also have your ad printed in Pediatrics and/or AAP News, both of which are distributed to approximately 60,000 AAP members and other health care professionals every month.
