Concurrent Seminar Selection
You can attend one concurrent seminar each day in the subspecialty of your choice. To allow more informal interaction with the faculty, attendance in each seminar is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of your concurrent seminar registrations will be included in your on-site registration packet. Recordings of all concurrent seminars will be available online to all registrants after the live course.
Electronic Course Syllabus
The syllabus will be available online to all attendees for download in advance of and after the course. Printed copies of the syllabus will not be available.

Special group rates beginning at $314 per night, plus tax, for single or double occupancy, have been negotiated at Disney ‘s Yacht & Beach Club Resort. These rates represent substantial savings from published rates. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is February 23, 2024.
A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved, and they are assigned based on availability (first-come, first-served). Please be aware that the room block may be filled prior to February 23, 2024; in such a case, neither the group rate nor guest room availability can be guaranteed. The AAP, therefore, recommends that you make your reservations as early as possible.
To accommodate as many course participants as possible, registrants will be permitted to reserve no more than two rooms in the AAP’s hotel room block. If rooms remain available in the AAP room block three weeks prior to the start of the course, registrants may reserve additional rooms as needed.
Any reservations not affiliated with a registered AAP course attendee or exceeding the two -room limit per attendee may be removed from the AAP room block, and the room rate will revert to Disney’s published rate.
Hotel Reservations
Use the password to make your reservations. To access the password, register for the course and look for the password on your registration receipt. Reservations in the AAP block can also be made by calling the hotel directly and giving the password to the reservationist when requested. Ground Transportation
Shuttle service between the Orlando International Airport and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is available through Mears Connect. For information and reservations, visit, www.mearsconnect.com. Taxi, Uber and Lyft are also available from the Orlando International Airport.
Parking
Valet and self-parking are available at the hotel for a fee.
Child Care
The hotel does not provide childcare services nor a kids club. The hotel offers daily activities, including children’s activities that are included in your group rate. Schedule can be found on the hotel’s website. Please note, this is not a drop-off service and children must be supervised.
Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed. Please contact the AAP Registration Area if you do not receive a confirmation within 7 days. The AAP cannot be responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at this course. The AAP reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or to limit enrollments, should attendance exceed capacity. Course educational sessions are open only to registered attendees.

Worry-free Registration/Cancellations
We understand that due to COVID-19, you may be hesitant to register for an in-person event, so we have updated our cancellation policy. You may cancel your course registration at any time until one week prior to the start of the course, for a full refund of your registration fee. All registration changes/cancellations must be sent in writing to registration@aap.org by 12:00pm CT on March 14, 2024. Refunds will not be issued if any course materials have been accessed by the registrant at any time.
