Accreditation Services: Direct Providership Materials

Direct providership is available at no cost for any CME activity being planned and managed by AAP staff.

All abstracts must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the activity.

Abstract form - This is required for any activity that wants to offer credit. Required document for requesting CME credit.

Planstone Disclosure Process - Outlines the process to follow to obtain financial disclosures from anyone involved in educational activities.

Required Evaluation Questions - These are the questions that all activity managers are required to ask activity participants. Required AAP questions for evaluating all AAP activities designating CME credit.

Letter of Agreement for Commercial Support - LOA document must be completed for each educational activity requesting commercial support.

Activity Extension Worksheet - For enduring activities, complete this form to request an extension for one additional year beyond the original 3-year approval.
