The Surgical Educator’s Workshop is a one-half-day symposium offered by the AAP SoSu Education Committee designed to provide surgeons with the knowledge and skills to be effective teachers in modern surgical training programs. The course utilizes interactive sessions to disseminate the principles of adult learning, operative teaching strategies and productive feedback.
