The Clinical Leaders Group of the AAP Section on Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (SONPM) was formed to support medical directors, quality directors, and other unit level leaders. Our mission is to address gaps in training and resource availability for the role specific responsibilities of these positions. We are open to any neonatologist with an interest in learning more from this unique collaborative group.
