Access to Care Community of Practice

This community of practice is designed to put state/jurisdiction priorities at the center, providing Title V Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) programs and their partners with space to share real-world access challenges, problem-solve, and leave with tools and resources to improve access to care for CYSCHN. 

Topics and activities will be driven entirely by participants' priorities and needs, and there is no minimum attendance required to participate. All interested Title V CYSHCN staff, family leaders, and system partners are welcome to participate.
