Training for Clinic Staff Overview

The PATTeR Training for Clinic Staff aims to develop the competence necessary to implement trauma-informed care (TIC) in practice for all members of the clinical team. This training is comprised of 3 sessions and encompasses practical strategies from evidence-based mental health treatment and parenting and resilience literatures to pediatric care and workflow.

Provides a comprehensive overview to help facilitators effectively deliver the training. The guide includes detailed instructions, teaching materials, and strategies to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for clinic staff. 

Learners Syllabus

A syllabus that provides specific details about the training, including the purpose, goals and objectives, outline of the training materials, and relevant resources for families and clinicians. 

Training Slides for Facilitators

Training slide deck, divided into 3 sections, also includes speaker notes to guide facilitators in delivering the content effectively. The course is designed as a multi-session series that can be delivered in 1 session or over several sessions.
