The Pediatric Approach to Trauma, Treatment and Resilience (PATTeR): Training for Pediatric Trainees is designed to build the foundational knowledge, clinical skills, and confidence needed for pediatric trainees to effectively implement trauma-informed care (TIC) in practice. The curriculum provides a structured and practical learning experience through a suite of educational resources, including a facilitator’s guide, case studies, training slides, a learner syllabus, and evaluation surveys.
