Yes. Any educational activities or webinars that include a registration fee must be submitted through the portal to ensure proper setup via ShopAAP
Refer to the Playbooks on the portal. The standard revenue/loss split is 60% for Education and 40% for the Section/Committee/Council (S/C/C).
Yes, if the free webinars limited to the S/C/C/ are not intended to be hosted on the AAP learning platform (PediaLink), submission through the portal is not required.
See Playbook, course budgets are managed by Education. Therefore, the faculty fee would be covered by AAP Education.
The AAP aims to standardize honoraria across educational offerings to ensure equity and consistency in member compensation for comparable work.
Yes, an intake form is required for a course to be eligible for an extension.

Not at this time. We are in the process of implementing enhancements to the portal.
Currently, the portal does not have a deletion option. If you need a submission removed, please reach out to the Education staff member you are working with, and they will be happy to assist you.
