This compendium of resources was created for pediatric health care professionals to address the impact of racism, bias, and discrimination on the health and well-being of their patients and families. The purpose of these resources, which include tips and tools, is to prepare pediatric health care professionals to engage in meaningful conversations that positively affect infants, children, adolescents, young adults, and their families within the context of the health supervision visit. The resources are created in the foundation of Bright Futures. Keeping the needs and concerns of patients and families are the first priority for all health supervision visits.

Pediatric health care professionals can use these resources in practice/professional setting for use in training, and for their own education. These resources are designed to be used together, as a series, or as individual resources, based on their own needs.
