Step 1: Download the Roster Template

*Note: Only trainees with status changes should be included on the roster (new trainees, rising chiefs, or trainees leaving the program early)

Step 2: Populate the Roster

Step 3: Review your organizations

Include your program's AAP ID # below in the 'Program AAP ID #' column for the applicable individuals on the roster template.

Step 4: Save and Upload your Roster

Once you have completed your roster, please save it in the following format: CSV (Comma delimited) then upload it in the box below. Please refresh your browser prior to uploading.

Step 5: Check Your Email

Within 1 hour, you'll receive an email from us letting you know if your roster was processed successfully. If there are errors on your roster, please correct them and only resubmit the records you have fixed. As soon as your roster has been processed successfully, go to the Program Administration Center to review for accuracy and request an invoice.
