Common Factors ECHO

The AAP Pediatric Mental Health Education Center (PMHEC) is recruiting pediatricians and other pediatric clinicians to join its inaugural activity: Caring for Patients with Mental Health Concerns—Engaging Families and Addressing Common Factors in Primary Care Settings. This 3-month ECHO program will focus on the common factors approach within the primary care setting, incorporating relational health principles into practice, and navigating behavioral challenges. A limited number of scholarships are available for clinicians working in Medically Underserved Areas. See attached flyer for more information. AAP Social Media and Youth Mental Health ECHO: Supporting Youth in Clinical Practice

Interested in how to support youth and families with navigating digital media and youth mental health during health visits? The AAP Social Media and Youth Mental Health ECHO: Supporting Youth in Clinical Practice is a five-session learning collaborative to equip pediatricians, primary care providers, and youth-serving clinicians with the knowledge, resources, and strategies to address the impact of social media on youth mental health. Participants will explore key topics including recognizing the role of quality content, navigating family conversations, communicating effectively with youth and families, prevention and screening approaches, and resources. Anxiety and Depression ECHO: Brief Interventions ECHO

The AAP National Rural Adolescent and Child Health (NRACH) ECHO Training Center is recruiting Primary Care Clinicians and other health professionals to be a part of a 3-month Anxiety and Depression ECHO: Brief Interventions. This ECHO aims to build the capacity of primary care providers to provide quality behavioral and mental health care within the medical home setting, with a focus on anxiety and depression. Rural Pediatric ECHO Learning Collaborative

The AAP is excited to host this learning collaborative by the AAP National Rural Adolescent and Child Health ECHO Training Center (NRACH ECHO Training Center). This call is open to anyone who is currently running, or interested in learning more, about ECHO programs focused on the rural pediatric population. We will share best practices and challenges and learn about each other’s work. This learning collaborative meets at 10:00 – 11:00 am Central Time on the following dates and topics: June 18, 2025 (Evaluation), and August 6, 2025 (Topic TBD). Register to receive the calendar appointments. 

Pediatric ECHO Learning Collaborative
