Concurrent Seminar Selection
Each concurrent seminar is offered three times. You can attend one concurrent seminar each day in the subspecialty of your choice. Pre-registration for concurrent seminars is not available for this course. Space in each session will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Session recordings from the course may take up to 2 weeks to be available after the course end date.

Special group rates from $319 - $489 per night, plus taxes, fees and resort fee for single or double occupancy at the Atlantis. These rates represent substantial savings from published rates! The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is January 20, 2027. Contact the hotel directly to make your reservations. You must mention you are part of the Practical Pediatric Course to receive discounted rates or book through the link provided. The hotel is unable to change the room rate to the AAP rate if booked outside of the block.
The resort charges a daily resort fee, in addition to the room rate for use of their amenities. The AAP has negotiated a deeply discounted resort fee of just $30 per day!
Guest rooms are reserved and assigned based on availability (first-come, first-served). Please be aware that the room block may be filled prior to January 20, 2027; in such a case, neither the group rate nor guest room availability can be guaranteed. The AAP, therefore, recommends that you make your reservations as early as possible.
Any reservations not affiliated with a registered AAP course attendee may be removed from the AAP room block, and the room rate will revert to the Atlantis published rate.
Ground Transportation: Shuttle service between the Nassau Bahamas airport and the Atlantis is available through Majestic Tours. For information and reservations visit, atlantisbahamas.com/transportation-options. Taxi and car rental are also available from the airport.
Parking: Self-parking is complimentary at the hotel. Valet is available for a fee.

Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed. Please contact the AAP Registration Area if you do not receive a confirmation within 7 days. The AAP cannot be responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at this course. The AAP reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or to limit enrollments, should attendance exceed capacity. Course educational sessions are open only to registered attendees.

Cancellations
Registration cancellations for this course must be received in writing at [email protected] no later than February 5, 2027, to receive refund, less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued if the course materials have been accessed by the registrant at any time.
The AAP is not responsible for any fees incurred due to travel cancellations, disruptions, or other unforeseen incidents. All attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance.
