    Modifer 25

    Modifier 25 is the most important modifier for pediatricians in Current Procedural Terminology. Review the requirements for using this modifier.

    HCPS Modifiers X-EPSU

    In order to discern the specific reason for a separately reportable procedure, CMS created specific modifiers. These are reported in lieu of the generic modifier 59. Learn more about these modifiers.
