AAP Resources

  • AAP Federal Support for Breastfeeding
    The purose of this document is to provide information on ACA federal breastfeeding benefits and guidance on common access questions. While designed for pediatricians, the information can be helpful to many who work with breastfeeding mothers and we encourage you to disseminate it widely.

  • United States Breastfeeding Committee (USBC)
    The USBC works on many advocacy projects from the support of state breastfeeding coalitions to working within the government to influence policy about breastfeeding. USBC is a great resource for assistance with advocacy efforts.

  • World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action
    As the organizers of World Breastfeeding Week, the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action is the world breastfeeding advocacy organization. Contact WABA for World Breastfeeding Week and other advocacy ideas.
