Brush, Book, Bed: How to Structure Your Child's Nighttime Routine
Brush, Book, Bed, a program of the AAP, has a simple and clear message for parents: Each night, 1) help your children to brush their teeth, 2) Read a favorite book (or two)!, and 3) Get to bed at a regular time each night. Providers can learn how to bring the Brush, Book, Bed program to their practice and help families establish nighttime routines that emphasize good oral health, early literacy, and healthy sleep habits. Resources available include an Implementation Guide for your own Brush, Book, Bed program, posters, book stickers, a handout for parents, and much more!
