The Congenital Heart Consortium is governed by a Steering Committee that is comprised of one or two members from each of the representative organizations.
There are two Co-Chairpersons of the CHPHC who preside at meetings of the Steering Committee and general meetings.
The six standing committees of the CHPHC are each led by a Committee Chairperson. The committees' chairpersons serve as non-voting liaisons on the Steering Committee. Special and Ad Hoc committees are appointed by the Co-Chairpersons as necessary.
