​Safety and Injury Prevention Curriculum

​The Safety and Injury Prevention Curriculum for Early Care and Education Settings is designed as an educational tool for child care providers with all levels of understanding about safety and injury prevention. With this curriculum, participants will learn how to prevent injuries, recognize potential safety hazards, and understand how to create a safe environment in early care and education settings.This curriculum includes PowerPoint presentations (with video clips), quizzes, activities, and links to forms. Each module can be presented separately and have different lengths ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour. The longer "compilation" module is estimated to take 2 hours to present and includes highlights from the other modules.​
