The survey also collects demographic information and practice characteristics on United States non-retired members.
The Survey is a self-administered questionnaire mailed to a random sample of approximately 1600 non-retired U.S. members of the Academy, from the following membership categories: Fellows, Candidate and Resident Members, Post-Residency Training Members, and Specialty Fellows.
