Community Advocacy Roadmap

Advocacy is largely driven by passion related to solving a specific problem or working to ensure the voice of a specific population is heard.  Some pediatricians discover their passion for advocacy during their residency training, however others become passionate about a given topic based on their experiences in clinical practice.

Regardless of where your advocacy journey starts, the goal of this Roadmap Tool is to learn the steps for defining your community; cultivate partnerships; and then work with those partners to address the health concern that can produce measurable results for your patients and their families.
