Neonatal Coding Seminar
Attend the Neonatal Coding Seminar on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 7:30am-3:00pm. Lunch is included. Separate registration is required.
4.75 CME Credits are offered for the morning portion of the seminar.

The Workshop on Neonatal-Perinatal Practice Strategies motivates attendees to better demonstrate effective leadership skills, resolve conflicts and manage their practice setting to optimize multidisciplinary team performance. Attendees will have networking opportunities to enhance collaboration and career development. Based on evidence-based medicine, learners will recognize strategies for interpreting and integrating published research to improve clinical care. Any pediatric professional caring for the fetus and newborn is welcome to attend.

Special group rates beginning at $279 per night, plus tax, for single or double occupancy, have been negotiated at the DoubleTree Resort. These rates represent substantial savings from published rates. The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is January 31, 2025.
A limited number of guest rooms have been reserved, and they are assigned based on availability (first-come, first-served). Please be aware that the room block may be filled prior to January 31, 2025; in such a case, neither the group rate nor guest room availability can be guaranteed. The AAP, therefore, recommends that you make your reservations as early as possible.
Ground Transportation
Taxis and ride share services are available for the ride between Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) and the hotel. The ride is approximately 20 minutes.
Parking
Self-parking is available at the hotel complimentary. Valet parking is available for a nightly fee of $20 plus tax, fee subject to change.

Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed. Please contact the AAP Registration Area if you do not receive a confirmation within 7 days. The AAP cannot be responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at this course. The AAP reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances or to limit enrollments, should attendance exceed capacity. Course educational sessions are open only to registered attendees.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations for this course must be received in writing at registration@aap.org no later than January 20, 2025 to receive a refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
