To provide transparency for the field of pediatrics as it pertains to clinical, research, administrative, advocacy, social, and financial aspects of the profession.

To work with and advocate for the needs of pediatricians as it pertains to defining our who, what, when, where, why, and how, so that our profession can achieve equity where most critical and attract those most fit to care for those most fragile in our communities.
