Group Registration Frequently Asked Questions

The conference will be held on September 27 - October 1 at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL.

Wednesday, May 8th. 

Group registration is available for five or more individuals. A single registration payment can be made, and group coordinators will receive a paid invoice(s) for their records.

Please be aware of fraudulent registration companies!

The official 2024 AAP National Conference website is, https://aapexperience.org/ and you can only complete International Group Registration through your initial Group Registration Request. 

The AAP does not add additional fees to the standard registration fees, such as VAT or service fees. Prevent being the victim of Cybercrime – be suspicious of emails that appear to be coming from the AAP asking for additional payments. Fraudulent companies will often use email addresses or websites that contain “AAP” in them such as aap@2024conference.com and info@24aap.com. Do not reply to these companies.

• All-Access: This registration type allows in-person attendance, plus access to the virtual platform and online materials.

International Group registration categories will include Member Physicians, Non-Member Physicians, Allied Health Professionals and Advanced Practice Providers (nurse practitioners, physician assistants). Go to Conference Registration – AAP Experience for information on categories and fees.

Group Coordinators can go to International Group Housing (IGH). IGH is AAP’s official International Housing agency. You may also contact IGH at info@aap-igh.com for hotel reservation support and any questions.

There will be a fee of $125 (US) for each registrant not reserved through IGH. Please refer to the Group Registration Guidelines for more information. 

The headquarter hotel is the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

The Group Coordinator should communicate any requests to NCEInternational@aap.org. Participants are limited to a maximum of five (5) guests each. 

The most efficient payment method is via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover). Bank Wire Transfers are also a payment option.

Once complete payment is received for the group balance due, each participant will be registered individually.

Unfortunately, no. Individual registration confirmations will be automatically sent to the registrant’s email address provided by the Group Coordinator. As a Group Coordinator, you will receive one paid invoice per group registered for your records. 

Unfortunately, no. It is not recommended that any email address, except the attendee’s correct email address, is provided. 

Registrants will receive all promotional materials, and necessary information leading up to the conference via email.   They will also be able to access the conference platform, and the educational program with their own information.  If the email is incorrect, it will cause problems and delays on-site at the conference in receiving registration and accessing online program materials (including being able to print their Certificate of Attendance after the conference).

Group Coordinators may request and submit a cancellation at 2024 NCE SolictudDeCancelacion-Spanish or 2024 NCE CancellationRequest-English no later than Friday, September 6, 2024.  

Group attendee cancellations are worry free with no additional fees, for a full refund of the registration fee if submitted by Friday, September 6, 2024.

Registrations are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted. 

Group Coordinators may request and submit a Correction Change at 2024 NCE Solicitud, CambioParaCorrecion-Spanish or 2024 NCE CorrectionChange-English as soon as this is necessary.

The conference schedule is a listing of all educational sessions, including any special events, throughout the duration of the conference.  For more information visit Conference Schedule – AAP Experience.

Typically, the online conference platform is available about a week before the conference starts. All the information will be emailed to registrants once it is available.

Once available, attendees must log in to the conference platform with their registration email and AAP ID Number.

Each attendee will have to go onto the conference platform and log in with their registration email and AAP ID Number to access and print their certificate.

Recordings will be available within a few days after the conference. Attendees will be able to access the conference platform until January 31, 2025.

Unfortunately, no. Each attendee will be responsible for picking up their own badge on-site in the Registration Area of the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL. 

All Group registrants will receive an email with a QR Code prior to the conference that they can bring to the Registration Area to print their name badge. A photo ID will be required.

Once international attendees have picked up their badges at International Registration, they  can visit any Information Booth for additional conference information, or they can visit the Global Exchange Booth for assistance with translation, and in navigating the conference platform. Group Registration will end on Friday, September 13, 2024, as our conference staff will prepare for travel and on-site planning.
