Scott Sicherer, MD, FAAP

Dr. Scott Sicherer is the Director of the Eliot and Roslyn Jaffe Food Allergy Institute and a professor of pediatric allergy and immunology at Mount Sinai Hospital.  He is Chief of the Serena and John Liew Division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology and Medical Director of the Clinical Research Unit. Dr. Sicherer is a clinician and clinical researcher. His research interests include numerous areas of food allergy: clinical manifestations, allergic diseases caused by specific foods, natural history, environmental risk factors, diagnostic issues, epidemiology, psychosocial issues, genetic epidemiology, the development of educational materials, and novel treatments. 

Gary Weiner, MD, FAAP

Dr. Gary Weiner is a clinical professor of pediatrics in the Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the University of Michigan, C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. Dr. Weiner’s scholarship has focused on interventions to improve the outcome for critically ill newborns during the first minutes of life. He is the editor of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Heart Association’s Textbook of Neonatal Resuscitation 7th and 8th and, 9th editions, a member of the American Heart Association Resuscitation Guidelines Writing Committee, and Vice Chair of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation’s Neonatal Life Support Task Force.
